Sr .NET Developer<br><br>Required:<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field with 2 or more years of software development experience using Visual Studio 2008 or newer, C#, Windows Forms and ASP.NET web applications. Software development experience must be current in the last 12 months.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 1 or more years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or newer. Must have a strong understanding of relational databases, including design and creation of databases<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must be able to work at DNR location in Lincoln<br><br>Preferred:<br><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years of software development experience.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Full software development lifecycle including: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, implementation planning and execution.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with Visual Basic 6, Python 3.x and Mercurial source control.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to work with BAT files and Powershell for Task automation.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Working knowledge of the following tools: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Access.
